Spelling Bee
GHE Spelling Bee is an annual event held in partnership with the Scripps National Spelling Bee. Participation is open to students in 1st - 5th grade. Registration and event details will be available later this fall.
First and second grade have classroom spelling bees and it’s a great introduction to academic competition in the comfort of their own classroom. Grade 3 classroom winners get a chance to compete for an overall grade 3 winner and grades 4 & 5 classroom winners compete for our overall Green Hope Elementary Spelling Bee champ.
