Falcon Book Battle

The GHE Falcon Book Battle encourages 4th and 5th grade students to read great books and participate in a quiz bowl competition to showcase their knowledge. Students work as teams and then read and discuss selected books over the course of several months. The book lists are drawn from award-winning books, classics, and high-interest books.  Students will work on teamwork, comprehension skills, and have the opportunity to read amazing books! The book battle culminates with teams participating in a battle to test their knowledge of the selected books.
